i just wanted to know because health care in uk is for free and i wanted to know if it counted for cancer cases

Yes, if you are resident in UK, and/or a guardian or parent is paying UK taxes, then NHS treatment is free for cancer. However, if you are not resident here and someone paying taxes for you, if arrive and say you have cancer - as this would not be an emergency situation, you would either be expected to go home for treatment, or be charged for this.
