What medical treatment would you choose if you had cancer?
Chemo doesn't seem to cure. I don't have cancer, but just in case..

Suicide. Okay, not really. I guess whatever was the cheapest, unless I'm not paying for it.
2 :
acupunctere and natural healing

I'll take suggestions from atleast three experienced doctor's and go from there.
4 :
Chemotherapy, radiotherapy or surgery depending on the site of cancer and stage.

My cousin was given 2 to 5 years to live for skin cancer that was diagnosed as stage 4 and terminal. It's now about 3 years later and he has no sign of anything at all. I know he's not out of the 5 years yet, but the hospital had said that it would be one cancer after another for the remaining years, treatments and then it cropping up again. But there's been nothing since his treatment. What was it? My father bugged him to find out about two things and he tried them both. One was injections of a B vitamin (B17? Hadn't heard of that one before, hope I got it right). The other was the fruit paw paw (papaya). Which one did the trick? Don't know. Or was it the placebo effect and his body healed itself because he believed it could? Either way, it doesn't matter because it worked.

That answer really depends on what kind of cancer and what stage of cancer. If I was diagnosed with advanced ovarian cancer or pancreatic cancer, I would load up on morphine and pot and enjoy the rest of my days. If I was diagnosed with an early cervical or breast cancer, I would have surgery to remove the cancer, and probably have either chemo or radiation or both. I would really have to do some serious research on the subject and talk with a couple/few doctors specializing in that kind of treatment. Many cancers, especially if caught in the early stages, can be destroyed and the patient can live a long and happy life. So get your Paps and breast exams (or your prostate and testicular scans), have your colonoscopies, get checked for STDs, and be proactive in keeping an eye out for all the crap that is out there.....

Well this is a loaded question. My mother passed away last Sept. from breast cancer that had metastasized to her lungs and esophagus. My father died two years ago from cancer also. Both did chemo and all it did was make their last days on earth awful. I had thyroid cancer last year. I personally will never do chemo. I sincerely think that in 20 years or so we will speak of how barbaric it was. If you are not too far advanced, I would say eating as healthy as you can, no meat or dairy. Alternative medicines and such would also be my choice. I think it is up to the individual though. You have to remember that doctors make money off of chemo and the like. Research, research research!!!
